• Support the achievement of key store KPI's by delivering sales at target levels.
• Confidently sell the product by articulating features, advantages and benefits.
• Maintain store and back-of-house standards to reflect the Clarks brand.
• Put stock away in correct locations and keep stockroom aisles clear.
• Follow health and safety training to ensure personal and others' safety.
• Maintain a smart appearance per Company guidelines and display current products.
• Process cash, stock and administration accurately to comply with policies.
• Work with integrity and maintain personal development.
