Premier is seeking a Worship Ministry Lead who is spiritually grounded and musically skilled to lead intergenerational worship. This is a leadership role focused on cultivating a healthy, Spirit-led worship culture by training, developing and releasing worship leaders, musicians and technicians.

The role is part-time (24 hours a week), with Sundays included. An interview process will take place after the closing date, with interviews on the scheduled date.

Formación

• Spiritually grounded worship leader with ability to train others.
• Musically skilled with experience leading worship.
• Ability to train and release worship teams and technicians.

We're looking for a Worship Ministry Lead: a spiritually grounded, musically skilled leader with a passion for intergenerational worship. This is a leadership role first — cultivating a healthy, Spirit-led culture of worship by training, developing and releasing worship leaders, musicians and technicians. Its fruit will be seen not only in the worship the postholder leads, but in the worship others lead because of them.

• Hours: part-time (24 hours a week), including Sundays
