Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking an experienced Reservations Advisor to join a Cheshire-based luxury tour operator. The role focuses on selling worldwide, high-end itineraries to discerning clients via telephone, including multi-centre luxury bookings.

You will leverage luxury product knowledge and a proactive sales approach, delivering exceptional service while building strong agent and supplier relationships.

Formación

• Experience in selling luxury travel or high-end itineraries.
• Strong sales focus with a positive outlook and customer-centric approach.
• Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail, able to perform under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Book flights, accommodation and tailor-made itineraries for worldwide destinations.
• Advise clients using destination and product knowledge to present options.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the company’s luxury reputation.
• Use GDS to process bookings and manage enquiries daily.
• Handle after-sales administration and paperwork.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents and suppliers.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of the product range to assist clients.
