HIGH-Value Sales Representative – Workwear and Textile Rental Solutions

Our client is offering a basic salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) plus UNCAPPED commission opportunity (1st year realistic OTE £55k-60k, Year 2 potential £75k-£90k), company car or car allowance, and generous corporate benefits.

Field Territory: North Yorkshire, North-East, and Cumbria (considering individuals from Leeds with quick access to the A1M corridor)

The Position

Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, the company is expanding their High-Value sales team following a territory re-alignment.

  • Focus on the North-East region, covering sectors from industrial & manufacturing to Chemical and Print
  • Build new customer relationships targeting large end users with tailored solutions
  • Win business on a contractual basis, identifying opportunities, prospecting, and collaborating with stakeholders
The Salesperson Profile

Looking for resilience to prospect for new business and a consultative selling style to understand client challenges.

Ideal backgrounds include:

  • Experience in textile rental, winning large/multi-site accounts
  • Related fields: corporate workwear, industrial/safety distribution, washroom & hygiene supplies
  • Confidence in managing a large sales pipeline
