Job summary

Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to own the Workshop Tools category and drive growth, supplier partnerships and product development. Reporting to the Head of Category, you will manage the full lifecycle from opportunity identification to end-of-life management.

You will collaborate with suppliers, technical teams, sales and marketing to keep the category competitive, profitable and aligned with market demand.

Qualifications

• Experience within Product Management or Category Management or a commercial product-focused role.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category growth strategies.
• Analyse market trends, customer demand and competitor activity.
• Lead new product introductions and range development.
• Ensure accurate product data and ERP data maintenance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and suppliers on campaigns and launches.
• Support commercial negotiations and category planning.
