Workshop Technician

Location: Daventry

Type: Permanent

Salary: £27,000-£29,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Kelly Services is seeking a Workshop Technician. Our client is an established leader in their field, with nearly 50 years of experience in the leisure industry, dedicated to providing high-quality service and care.

In this role, you will facilitate the flow of service, including internal and retail work within the workshop department.

  1. Servicing and inspecting new and used caravans and motorhomes
  2. Repairing caravans and motorhomes
  3. Maintaining a clean and organized workshop environment
  4. Ensuring a safe working environment by implementing health and safety policies, systems, and procedures
  5. Following service and pre-delivery procedures in accordance with NCC guidelines and company policies
  6. Carrying out all work to the highest standards, ensuring customer requests are understood and fulfilled
  7. Adhering to health and safety policies and good working practices
  8. Previous experience with tools is highly beneficial
  9. An interest in D.I.Y. projects is a plus

Additional responsibilities may include attending industry trade launches, exhibitions, and training days. Weekend work may also be required.
