An exciting opportunity to join our Purfleet branch at the heart of all workshop activity. You will be an organised people leader with proven workshop experience, encouraging and promoting a team environment. You will supervise a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, support, and ensuring a safe workplace through excellent Health and Safety protocols.

You will be passionate about the efficient running of the Workshop and proactive communication, delivering excellent service to all customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and organise the workshop team.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Support technicians and workshop staff as the go-to person.
• Liaise with external and internal customers to ensure work is authorized to a high standard.
• Deliver exceptional service to our customers.
