Job summary

Access Plus – part of the Briggs Equipment Group is seeking a Workshop Support Engineer to join our Glasgow depot, with a permanent contract. The role focuses on maintaining a safe workshop environment, performing PAT tests on electrical equipment, and assisting in basic servicing and inspections.

You will help load/unload parts and coordinate with the Depot Manager to ensure timely delivery of components. Experience in mechanical principles and a safety–minded, customer–focussed attitude are

• Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Willingness to adapt to daily tasks.
• Full driving licence preferred but not essential.
• Strong awareness of health and safety requirements.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Friendly, team–focused attitude with good customer service.

Responsibilities

We’re currently looking for a Workshop Support Engineer to join our Glasgow depot.
