BCA Group in Corby is seeking a Mechanical Workshop Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of the busy workshop, supervising a team of 20+ technicians and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to high standards.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will champion safety, quality and productivity, coordinate workflows with internal teams and drive performance across the site. The role is permanent with a salary up to £37,542 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.

As Workshop Supervisor, you will oversee the day‑to‑day running of our busy workshop at BCA Corby, supervising a team of 20+ workshop technicians and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining professional standards and supporting the smooth running of workshop operations. You will champion a culture centred around Safety, Quality, Productivity and Professional Standards, while supporting the development and wellbeing of your team.
