Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a Workshop Operative for a van conversion specialist. You’ll perform hands-on carpentry and fitting tasks inside vehicle interiors, using hand and power tools in a workshop setting.

The role requires practical carpentry/workshop experience and the ability to follow detailed drawings. We offer a Monday–Friday pattern with day shifts, £13.00 per hour, and a 12-week probation leading to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry or workshop experience essential.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
