Job summary

Stagecoach Glenrothes Depot is seeking a hands-on Workshop Manager to lead a diverse technical team in maintaining a fleet of around 63 vehicles. You will work with the Engineering Manager to ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and road-ready, delivering high standards across maintenance and servicing.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, experience supervising a workshop, and a solid understanding of PCV operations, with a strong emphasis on health and safety and people-focused leadership.

Responsibilities

• Quality check vehicles after maintenance to ensure high standards.

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Workshop Manager for our Glenrothes depot, supporting a fleet of around 63 vehicles across East Scotland. **What you’ll be doing** As Workshop Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our fleet is clean, safe, and road-ready.
