Job summary

Lancashire DAF is seeking a Workshop Labourer/Cleaner to join our busy workshop in Bamber Bridge, Preston. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised environment and support yard housekeeping.

Experience in a similar workshop is advantageous, and a forklift licence is a bonus. The role offers a 39-hour week with paid overtime on Saturdays and benefits such as a company pension and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the workshop is clean, organised and well-maintained.
• Housekeeping of yard areas.
• Ensure waste disposal complies with Environmental Policy.
• Prioritise safety by following health and safety regulations.
• Operate a forklift truck for material handling (licence advantageous).
• Assist with general workshop tasks as needed.
