Job summary

HTC Belvedere in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Workshop Foreman to lead a busy workshop team. You will supervise technicians, coordinate diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on every job.

Day shift, Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:30; you will drive productivity, liaise with managers, suppliers and customers, and coach staff to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a workshop/vehicle maintenance environment.
• Experience as Workshop Foreman or supervisor desirable.
• Knowledge of diagnostics, servicing, maintenance standards and workshop procedures.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Effective communication with technicians, managers, suppliers and customers.
• Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail with focus on quality, safety and compliance.
• Basic IT skills for records, job cards and workshop systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise workshop team to deliver high quality work.
• Coordinate diagnostics, servicing and repairs to schedule.
• Ensure tasks are completed safely, on time and to standard.
• Maintain accurate records, inspections and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with service, parts and management teams and coach staff.
