Job summary

GAP Group is seeking a Foreman to oversee our workshop operations, ensuring smooth daily running and efficient processes. Based in the workshop, you will support and develop colleagues while ensuring all equipment is maintained and functioning correctly at all times.

Applicants should have supervisory or managerial experience in a similar industry; welding experience is preferred but not essential, and a valid driving licence is required.

• Experience working in a similar position at supervisory or managerial level.
• Experience in similar industry.
• Welding experience preferred but not essential.
• A valid Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Based in our workshop, the Foreman will ensure that the workshop runs smoothly and efficiently day in day out.
• As a Foreman you will be responsible for supporting and developing your colleagues and making sure that all equipment is maintained and kept in working order at all times.
