Job summary

NEOS Recruitment is looking for a Workshop Engineer in Kettering to support the Workshop Manager with maintenance, inspections and repairs of assets, while ensuring safe workshop and on-site operations. You will collaborate with Field Service Engineers, Service Admin and Parts teams to meet deadlines and uphold HSEQ standards.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, personal development, and adherence to company policies. Hours are 45 per week, with additional hours as required.

• Previous experience with forklift / materials handling equipment engineering

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and service forklift trucks and material handling equipment.
• General upkeep of hire fleet, including PDIs.
• Work closely with parts department to identify correct parts.
• Adhere to site Health & Safety requirements.
• Follow and maintain the company, business, and team objectives.
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge and attend training courses as required.
• Adhere to Quality and Compliance responsibilities and policies.
• Adhere to Health & Safety responsibilities and procedures.
