Silcom Recruitment are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join a well-established main-dealer franchise in Swindon. You will manage daily workshop jobs, allocate to technicians, and ensure smooth communication between Service, Parts and Workshop teams while monitoring progress and completion times to maximise efficiency.

Essential: previous experience as a Workshop Controller in the motor trade. Salary: up to £35,000 basic + bonus (£40,000 OTE).

The Package:

Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + bonus £40,000 OTE

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 5:00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00am-12:30pm
