Job summary

Motus Commercials in Frome is seeking a proactive Workshop Controller to lead a team of HGV Technicians, Workshop Supervisors and Apprentices. You will coordinate with Service Advisors for daily planning and ensure MOT pass rates and KPI targets are met, while effectively handling customer queries and building strong franchise partnerships.
