Job summary

Motus Commercials in Frome is seeking a Workshop Controller to lead a team of HGV Technicians, Supervisors and Apprentices. You will work closely with Service Advisors on daily planning and ensure MOT pass rates and KPIs are met while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to motivate others, and experience with DAF products is a plus. Training and development opportunities are provided within a supportive dealer network.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of HGV Technicians, Workshop Supervisors and Apprentices.
• Liaise with Service Advisors on daily planning.
• Ensure MOT pass rate targets and KPI’s are met.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards.
• Strengthen and develop long-term customer and franchise partnerships.
