This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced & qualified Workshop Controller to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists at our Leicester site.

Your role as Workshop Controller involves supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises, ensuring their vehicles are returned safely and promptly.

Our modern workshop, equipped with the latest technology and manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools, offers a bustling and exciting environment. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop by maximizing profitability, productivity, and efficiency, and making decisions regarding recharge and warranty opportunities for technicians.

Leicester is a well-established branch with a dedicated team of 18 staff, serving diverse clients including Local Councils, utility companies, Boots HQ, YU Group, DHL, National Accounts, and local businesses. The location is convenient, with amenities like Greggs, Subway, B&M, Asda, and Tesco nearby, and regular visits from local sandwich vans.

Your success depends on your ability to ensure the workshop produces work that meets high technical and quality standards and helps us fulfill our service commitments.

• You are a qualified technician with a solid workshop background—valued for your technical knowledge across routine servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics.
