Northgate Vehicle Hire is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller for our Kidderminster site. You will lead a busy workshop, coordinate technicians, manage priorities, and drive high-quality, safe vehicle turnaround.

You will influence workshop performance, maximise productivity and profitability, and handle warranty and recharge opportunities with commercial awareness. Join a team focused on getting customers back on the road quickly and reliably.

We’re looking for an experienced and qualified Workshop Controller to play a pivotal role at our Kidderminster site. This is more than just managing workflow, it’s about keeping businesses moving, customers satisfied, and vehicles safely back on the road as quickly as possible.

Working in a modern workshop equipped with the latest technology and manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools, you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic operation where no two days are the same. You'll lead from the front, coordinating technicians, managing priorities, and ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop to the highest technical and quality standards.

As Workshop Controller, you'll have a direct influence on workshop performance, maximising productivity, efficiency, and profitability while supporting your team to deliver exceptional results. You'll also be the key decision-maker on warranty and recharge opportunities, using your technical expertise and commercial awareness to drive success.
