This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialist at our busy Falkirk site.

Our Bodyshop is fast-paced and dynamic, offering opportunities to make a significant impact and utilize your expertise. The key responsibilities of the Workshop Controller include:

  1. Organizing the Bodyshop by managing job statuses, conducting daily progress meetings, and reporting delays to the General Manager.
  2. Ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition, controlling waste and utilities, and overseeing security of the premises and equipment.
  3. Completing job cards accurately and maintaining shop floor procedures.
  4. Collaborating with Technicians and the Manager on quality issues.

Teamwork is vital, as you will work with colleagues across the Bodyshop and other departments. We foster a family-like environment where everyone supports each other to achieve site goals and deliver excellent customer service.
