The role demands strong technical knowledge, coaching ability, safety awareness, and excellent communication. A driving licence and IT aptitude are essential for in-house systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective management and leadership.
• Experience in coaching, training, and developing colleagues in the moment.
• Level 2/3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Split time between the workshop and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
• Provide productive management and leadership to drive profitability in a busy centre.
