NG Bailey Group Limited is seeking an experienced Temporary Works Package Manager to lead and coordinate multiple temporary works packages on a large Denham-based MEP infrastructure project. You will ensure plans, designs and approvals are delivered safely by specialist subs, aligning with the overall programme.
The role focuses on management and oversight rather than hands-on delivery, requiring strong project and package management capabilities with a track record on complex projects.
We have an opportunity for a Temporary Works Package Manager to join our Engineering team at NG Bailey, working on a large and complex MEP infrastructure project based in Denham. This is a white-collar project management role, responsible for overseeing and coordinating a number of smaller temporary works and enabling works packages across the project. Rather than directly delivering the works, you will provide the management, coordination and oversight needed to ensure packages are properly planned, designed, approved and safely delivered by our specialist subcontractors. The packages will include areas such as temporary works, scaffolding/access solutions and lifting operations, working closely with our construction, engineering, logistics and MEP teams to ensure requirements are coordinated with the wider programme.
We'll do our best to outline the recruitment process to you ahead of time with plenty of notice. If you require any accommodations to participate in the application or interview process, please let us know and we will work with you to ensure your needs are met.
