What you'll do as the Works Electrical Engineer:

As the senior electrical engineer / works electrical engineer, you will operate within a lean manufacturing environment and provide leadership to the electrical engineering department. Your focus will be on:

1. Leading a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
2. Supporting hands-on electrical maintenance engineering for complex tasks.
3. Managing PLC systems.
4. Overseeing drives and motors.

To be successful in your application for the Works Electrical Engineer / Senior Electrical Engineer position, you will need:

• A strong electrical maintenance engineering background.
• A proven track record of solving electrical engineering problems.
• Excellent leadership skills.

The package on offer:

A salary of up to £60,000, a relocation allowance of up to £15K (up to £8K tax-free), plus a bonus of up to 10%, a call-out allowance of £2,500, a 5% pension contribution, and 25 + 8 holidays.
