Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm

We can offer flexibility regarding start and finish times and hope that you can too when required, including occasional cover for late events.

You'll be responsible for the delivery of our services on our Fabulous Corporate Client site, in the heart of London!

About the Role:

• Responsible for the operational delivery of Technical Services, Cleaning, Catering, and Reception
• Responsible for the delivery of Soft and Hard FM Services
• Hands-on role when required, dealing with suppliers, contractors, and staff
• Engaging with the client to ensure their satisfaction with our service delivery

What we're looking for:

• Experience managing the operational delivery of both Soft and Hard FM Services; soft services experience is essential, hard services is a bonus
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in Stakeholder Engagement
