Role Overview

As part of our placemaking ethos, you will drive a key part of the customer touchpoint journey by architecting an experiential delivery across your team and function, while also serving as an ambassador of exceptional customer service for both the client and ISS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a placemaking environment through efficient delivery of the core Front of House touchpoint journey.
  • Ensure all client requests are fulfilled courteously, efficiently, and professionally at all times.
  • Answer all calls promptly in a friendly and polite manner.
  • Place hospitality orders as necessary.
  • Assist with ordering and deliveries as required.
  • Support hospitality functions if needed.
  • Comply with all Company and Client policies, procedures, and statutory regulations, including fire safety, health and safety, hygiene, working safely, and COSHH.
  • Manage meeting rooms to maintain standards and keep a daily record of room checks.
