Job summary

Fuse Energy is looking for a proactive Office & Workplace Manager to keep our London HQ running smoothly and safely. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure a high-performing environment, and act as the main contact for landlords, building management and suppliers.

You will coordinate workplace services including connectivity, F&B, office equipment and employee wellbeing initiatives, while driving process improvements to boost productivity across the business.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a workplace that maximises employee productivity and performance.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the workplace, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment.
• Act as the primary contact for landlords, building management, and key suppliers.
• Oversee workplace services including connectivity, F&B, office equipment, and employee wellbeing initiatives (e.g. flu vaccinations).
• Continuously improve workplace processes, identify opportunities, and explore innovative workplace solutions to enhance productivity.
• Provide critical operational support across the business and coordinate meetings, travel, and internal events as required.
