This role with be responsible for ensuring AustralianSuper UK's (ASUK) workplace operations are effectively managed and delivered, ensuring all office facility needs are upheld, all with a specific focus on Work Health & Safety within the office. This includes:

  • Ensuring efficient day to day operation of the office acting as central and crucial point of contact, including office conditions & facilities, mail, rosters, security, and ad hoc reception duties.
  • Responsibility for ASUK's Work Health & Safety (WHS) obligations, including:
  • Managing and operating relevant controls and obligations (including as control and obligation owner / controller).
  • Sitting on and contributing to International Offices WHS Council
  • Acting as lead emergency services contact.
  • Managing first aid and fire warden teams
  • Ensure relevant legislative and organisational requirements are met.
  • Digest and review new or changes to relevant legislation to determine impacts and implement the necessary controls to ensure compliance.
  • Assisting with ad hoc WHS tasks related to workplaces such as emergency response, incident, and crisis management.
  • Fulfilment of tenant obligations on behalf of ASUK for leases
  • Fulfilment of landlord obligations on behalf of ASUK for subleases (if any).
  • Workplace asset management
  • Managing office capital works (minor and major works related to office relocations, new fit outs, renovations)
  • Managing budgets and expenses for workplace operations in London.
  • Undertake space analysis, business need analysis, head count growth modelling, sharing ratios, capacity planning, utilization monitoring.
  • Responsibility for workplace operations-related third-party vendors, including supervision.
  • Assisting with planning in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences
  • Organising and running workplace-specific aspects of induction programmes for new employees; and
  • Prepare appropriate workplace operations analytics and reporting.


This role is based on site at London King's Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund's global portfolio, with a hybrid work schedule.
