Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support workplace teams across the region to deliver high-quality services
• Foster a culture centered on collaboration, professionalism, and ongoing development
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement training and development programs
• Oversee the provision of all workplace services—reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering, and events—ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs
• Carry out regular site visits to assess service quality, address concerns, and engage with teams on the ground
• Manage escalations efficiently and implement effective resolutions to maintain seamless operations
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand evolving needs and tailor services to enhance the overall workplace experience

Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior workplace, facilities, or hospitality management role, ideally across multiple locations
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in building and managing high-performing teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in workplace management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and sustainability principles
• Experience in budget oversight and financial data analysis
