A leading company in the service sector is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead on-site services at key client locations in Bristol. This role calls for a proactive leader focused on enhancing workplace experiences and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll ensure contract compliance, foster team culture, and build strong client relationships while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Workplace or Facilities Management (cleaning/office settings preferred, not essential)

ISS is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead the on-site service experience at one of our key client locations in Bristol.

This role is perfect for a proactive, people-first leader who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

What you'll do

  • Ensure day-to-day contract compliance and adherence to ISS processes
  • Foster a positive team culture and support your on-site placemakers
  • Champion a seamless and elevated workplace experience for clients and end users
  • Act quickly on missed SLAs and non-compliance to drive continuous improvement
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders while upholding ISS values

About You

  • Experience of working in either Workplace or Facilities Management (especially cleaning / office settings) – would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Proven experience of exceeding client expectations and providing great customer service
  • A strong background in people leadership and team development
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A passion for service delivery and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to balance process compliance with client expectations
