Main Responsibilities asWorkplace Host:

• Covering all aspects ofHealth & Safety throughout site.
• Managing the securitythroughout site.
• Be the first point ofcontact for all workplace-related queries.
• Maintain a clean, safe,and collaborative office environment.
• Manage meeting rooms,breakout spaces, and reception areas.
• Operate front desk andparking booking systems.
• Coordinate access controland security procedures.
• Assist with onboarding,recruitment paperwork, and large meeting logistics.
• Collaborate with serviceproviders (cleaning, catering, waste).
• Embrace emergingtechnologies like AI to improve processes.
• Provide administrativesupport and help coordinate departmental moves.

Skills and experience you need asWorkplace Host:

• Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer servicewith a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
• High attention to detailand data accuracy.
• Confident using MicrosoftOffice and workplace systems.
• Organised, adaptable, andable to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working underpressure and managing multiple tasks.
• Flexible to cover sitehours between 8am – 6pm.
• Desirable:
• Previous experience incustomer service or office environments.
• Familiarity with Health& Safety practices.
• Premises management experienceis ideal.
