Our family is made up of many different people. We embrace diversity and believe in treating everyone equally to ensure that everyone has the same opportunities to grow, develop, and progress in their careers.

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workspace Coordinator to join our team at the brand new Manchester office of an iconic broadcasting company. The company offers a refreshingly different style of service that positively breaks the mold on what we have come to expect within a corporate environment.

The Workspace Coordinator is the main point of contact in the office for all things related to facilities. Responsibilities include visitor and staff meet and greet, switchboard, meeting room management, event assistance, workplace and office support, mail logistics, health and safety, and administration. This role offers a diverse range of tasks!

As this position is standalone, the successful candidate must be comfortable working independently. However, teamwork is also essential, as the Workspace Coordinator will collaborate with the client team and service line managers to coordinate events, postal services, office catering, and health and safety. They will also work remotely with the Portico front of house teams across other offices.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from 08:30 - 17:30, Mon – Fri

Salary: £26,208

Qualifications

The ideal applicant will be bubbly with a strong passion for customer service. While exposure to facilities is desirable, the successful candidate must have experience in a busy customer services environment.
