Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Working Site Supervisor for a temporary to permanent position in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a background in interior fit-out and be skilled in drylining, carpentry, decorating, and flooring. A Gold or Black (CSCS) Card and a full UK driving license are mandatory. The hourly rate offered is between £28 and £30, based on experience. This role will conclude with an annual salary discussion for the permanent position.

Strong Construction is working on behalf of our client who are an interior fit-out contractor and are currently looking to recruit 1x Working Site Supervisor on a temporary to permanent basis in the Birmingham area to start working as soon as possible.

Must be from an interior fit out background, skills required include drylining, carpentry, decorating, flooring etc.

Candidate specification:

• Supervisor must have Gold / Black (CSCS) Card
• Must be available to Birmingham
• Hourly rate is on offer for operatives, £28-£30ph depending on experience you will be paid weekly whilst working temp.
• Annual salary will be discussed for the permanent transition.
• Supervisor must have a full UK drivers license
