Ivy Resource Group is seeking a Carpentry Working Foreman / Multi-Trader with a carpentry background for an 8-10 week school project across Bristol and Nailsea. The role supports the Project Manager, coordinating labour, deliveries and subcontractors while hands-on on site.
Requirements include SSSTS/SMSTS and 1st aid tickets, 3 years' foreman/carpenter experience, and two recent references. Pay is £25 per hour with CIS/UTR, working 7.30–4.30, weekends optional.

PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Working Foreman / Carpenter on other construction projects
References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references
Your role as a Working Foreman will be assisting the Project Manager on the project, ensuring the program is kept to and the quality of work is maintained. You will be liaising with the other sub contractors on site and working on the tools as and when required. You will manage Labour on site and coordinate deliveries
The works will vary across different school summer holiday projects, toilet refurbishments, extensions, classroom and general school refurbishments

Contract length: 8-10 weeks - potential for a permanent position if you get on well
Working hours: 7.30 - 4.30pm
Weekend work available
