Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is recruiting a Working Foreman/Woman to oversee civils activities on HS2, supervising structures, earthworks and general construction with hands-on oversight. The role covers coordinating labour, subcontractors, plant and materials to keep works progressing safely and to programme.

The ideal candidate will have a strong civils background, with CSCS and SSSTS qualifications, and the ability to brief teams and manage on-site coordination effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CSCS Gold/Black card.
• SSSTS qualification or above.
• Strong civils experience across structures and earthworks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civils activities including structures, earthworks, drainage, and general construction tasks
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials to ensure works progress safely and efficiently
• Support the delivery of planned works in line with programme requirements
• Assist with daily briefings, task allocations, and on-site coordination
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to specifications
• Maintain communication with site management, engineers, and other supervisors

Working Foreman/Woman to support the civils team on HS2. This is an all‑round supervisory role, involving hands‑on oversight of structures, earthworks, and general construction operations, with flexibility to cover additional areas when team members are on leave.

• Support the delivery of planned works in line with programme requirements
