Job summary

McGinley Support Services Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to supervise earthworks, structures and maintenance on major infrastructure projects across the Warwickshire and West Midlands region. The role requires CSCS Black or Gold Card, SMSTS/SSSTS, and First Aid at Work, with hands-on leadership of operatives and a strong safety focus.

We offer a long-term opportunity with a well-established contractor.

Qualifications

• CSCS Black or Gold Card is required.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification is required.
• First Aid at Work certification is preferred.
• Proven experience supervising site teams.

Responsibilities
