Job summary

McGinley Support Services Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operative (MSO) for ongoing contract assignments in Kenilworth. The successful candidate will perform a range of site-based duties, support the wider construction team, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Experience on major infrastructure projects is advantageous, with HS2 experience desirable. Accommodation and PPE may be provided on some contracts, with multiple shift patterns

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Operative on construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Relevant trade or plant tickets where applicable.
• Good understanding of health & safety requirements.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
• Experience working on major infrastructure projects would be advantageous.
• HS2 experience would be desirable.

£16.69 - £17.69 (Rate variations are dependent upon shift pattern, assignment requirements, engagement type and, where applicable, relevant experience and qualifications.)

Ongoing contract with Tier 1 workforce supplier to Balfour Beatty.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Operative on construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
