Job Description:

Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) is the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company.

KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets across six continents. They offer challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.

We are seeking a Working Environment & Human Factors Engineer with experience in oil & gas / engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience.
  • Experience providing working environment and human factors & ergonomics engineering functions during concept, selection, and definition phases.
  • Experience in HAZID, ENVIDs, and other relevant studies.
  • Experience in developing WEHRAs and WEALs.
  • Ability to conduct human factors studies and prepare integration plans to inform design and layout across disciplines.
  • Experience with NORSOK standards.

The role involves a hybrid working model, working between the KBR offices in Leatherhead and home.
