Working Electrical Foreman
We are recruiting on behalf of a valued M&E contractor who is seeking an experienced Working Electrical Foreman to join their team on a large-scale warehouse fit-out project in Northampton, starting at the end of April. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident managing teams on-site while still being hands-on with the tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading and supervising a team of up to 8 electricians
2. Overseeing day-to-day operations and installation works
3. Liaising with the Project Manager to ensure smooth site coordination
4. Delivering installations to a high standard including:
1. Data basket and tray
2. Small power
3. Lighting relocation
5. Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures on-site

Essential Requirements:

1. SSSTS
2. ECS Gold Card
3. IPAF (3a/3b)
4. First Aid Certificate
5. Strong leadership and communication skills
6. Previous experience in a working foreman role on commercial projects
