Job summary

PwC in the United Kingdom seeks a Manager to join the Strategy & Value Creation team within Deals, specialising in Working Capital. You will lead cross-functional work-streams, assess performance, and drive transformation to free up cash from balance sheets.

You will collaborate with procurement, finance and operations teams to implement end-to-end improvements, delivering sustainable cash generation and process changes across Inventory, AR, and AP.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Supply Chain and Procurement roles or working capital consulting in the UK or Europe.
• Experience in engagements to improve supply chain management, procurement, inventory reduction or working capital optimisation.
• Strong understanding of flows of goods, information and money and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead work-streams and manage client stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.
• Assess current performance and drive change and transformation across working capital cycles.
• Analyze opportunities for working capital reduction within commercial constraints.
• Implement and support project plans to drive cash generation from working capital.
• Hands-on implementation of improved working capital processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Industries to deliver outcomes.
