Job summary

PwC UK in London is seeking a Manager for the Deals - Strategy & Value Creation team, focusing on working capital improvement across the end-to-end cycles of inventory, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

You will lead cross-functional transformation projects, analyse financial opportunities, and collaborate with client management to implement cash-generating initiatives. A strong analytics background and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain and Procurement or Working capital consulting in UK/Europe.
• Engagements to improve supply chain management, procurement, inventory reduction, or working capital optimisation.
• Understanding flows of goods, information and money and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong financial analysis, commercial awareness and business analysis skills.
• Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI or Databricks.
• Excellent interpersonal, client management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Focus on working capital improvement areas across Inventory, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Review operational and financial performance of end-to-end cycles.
• Understand procurement and supply chain processes and their capital impact.
• Perform financial analysis of opportunities for capital reduction.
• Lead project delivery and work-streams with client stakeholders.
• Hands-on implementation of improved working capital processes.
