Job summary

The role demands a decade of consulting or industry experience in cash/working capital, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to deliver client value while coaching junior

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years in a client-facing discipline at a major firm or in industry focusing on cash/working capital.
• Professional accountancy or finance qualification (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent.
• Strong Excel and analytics capabilities; AI knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to develop relationships across the firm and with external clients.
• Awareness of risks in advising businesses and stakeholders.
• Ability to coach teams and develop methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of operational liquidity and working capital improvement engagements.
• Drive business development and contribute to practice development.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary deliverables and communicate progress to clients and senior leadership.
• Build and nurture client relationships, including day-to-day and C-suite contacts.
• Coach junior team members and foster an inclusive team culture.
