An established industry player is seeking 3 Interim Workforce Deployment Leads to support the Metropolitan Police until December 2025. We are delighted to be working exclusively with the Metropolitan Police to recruit 3 x Interim Workforce Deployment Leads until the end of December 2025

You will be required to analyse workforce data coming through into Excel and deploy predominantly police officers where they are needed in order to support the people of London.

We are looking for people with relevant experience in deploying or redeploying existing staff so you will definitely need a strong understanding of the HR policies and Employment Law associated with this.

This is a very manual, hands on role so you need to come with Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills and with an understanding of the bigger picture, be able to essentially understand where the demand is across the police force and where the supply suitability is.

This would typically suit Resource Planners, Internal Capability Leads or Internal Workforce Planners. Also, if you an HR Business Partner with experience in large scale redeployment then we could certainly consider you.

The role is hybrid and you are required on site 3 days a week at Kilburn Police Station, North London.

These roles are being offered on a competitive day rate.
