We are working exclusively with the Metropolitan Police to recruit 3 x Interim Workforce Deployment Leads until the end of December 2025.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing workforce data in Excel and deploying police officers where needed to support London residents.
Candidates should have relevant experience in deploying or redeploying staff, with a strong understanding of HR policies and Employment Law related to workforce management.
This role is hands-on, requiring Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, and an ability to assess demand and supply across the police force to optimize deployment.
Ideal candidates include Resource Planners, Internal Capability Leads, Workforce Planners, or HR Business Partners with large-scale redeployment experience.
The position is hybrid, with on-site work required 3 days a week at Kilburn Police Station, North London.
