Position: Workforce Planning and Organisational Development Assistant

About the Role

Stirling Council, in partnership with LHH, is seeking a Workforce Planning and Organisational Development Assistant to join their Workforce Planning & Organisational Development team. The role supports the team with business support activities related to recruitment, pre-employment checks, preboarding, onboarding, learning & training activities, including creating ID badges, coordinating with the technology team for equipment, and booking training sessions.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience in providing business support within a busy team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in learning needs analysis and development planning is desirable.
