Unifocus, a hospitality-focused workforce management software provider, is seeking a Workforce Performance Consultant in London, UK. You will lead on-site software implementations from planning through post-implementation follow-up, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

You will train clients across departments, manage pre-site preparations and collect feedback for product improvement. The role requires travel, excellent English, and strong relationship-building with executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Hotel Operations (Front Office, Guest Relations/Service Team or Housekeeping) and 8+ years total experience.
• Experience with workforce management or workflow tools preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel software/technology systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Workforce Performance Consultant

Unifocus is an integrated workforce management software platform offering intelligent automation for daily work orders management, housekeeping activities, facility maintenance, survey solutions and scheduling & labour management, built for the hospitality market and other dynamic scheduling environments.

As a Workforce Performance Consultant, you will be leading the software implementation on the client site and ensuring the successful delivery of each project from planning to post‑implementation follow‑up.

What will you do:

• Gain a clear understanding of the customer’s business and requirements to ensure the chosen modules fit seamlessly.
• Lead software implementations on the client site and ensure success of every project from planning stage to post‑implementation follow‑up.
• Deliver outstanding training to clients across departments and positions.
• Assume responsibility for all pre‑site preparation and post‑implementation feedback.
• Proactively conduct account reviews with customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends.
• Proactively identify ‘at risk’ customers and flag them to the Account Management team.
• Adhere to processes defined for case logging and project feedback.
• Adhere to internal SLAs for support and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to product improvement and innovation based on customer feedback collected.

What are we looking for:

• At least 4+ years’ experience in Hotel Operations (Front Office, Guest Relations/Service Team or Housekeeping) and overall experience of 8 years or more.
• Experience with workforce management or operational workflow tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel software/technology systems.
• Excellent command over written and spoken English.
• Excellent command over written and spoken German / French.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Confident, disciplined and focused on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with executives.
