Job summary

SLB's Workforce Manager Assistant Intern program in Aberdeen offers hands-on exposure to workforce operations, training coordination, travel arrangements, and hotel bookings within a global tech energy company.

You will support day-to-day personnel logistics, learn SLB systems, and contribute to administrative excellence during a 6-month internship, with hybrid on-site and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards, or recently completed, a degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Right to work in the country of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Workforce team with daily operational and administrative activities.
• Coordinate and book employee training activities.
• Arrange travel logistics, including flights and transportation bookings.
• Organize hotel accommodations for employees as required.
• Maintain accurate records and support workforce coordination processes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure personnel movements are efficiently managed.
• Learn and apply SLB business systems, processes, and procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the Workforce team as needed.
