Job summary

SLB is seeking a Workforce Manager Assistant Intern to support the Workforce team with day-to-day personnel logistics and administrative activities. This 6-month internship provides exposure to global processes, training coordination, travel and accommodation bookings, and workforce planning.

The role offers practical experience in a multinational environment, with emphasis on organizational skills, data handling, and cross-functional collaboration within the Workforce team.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards, or recently completed, a degree or equivalent qualification, or possess relevant transferable experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support the Workforce team with daily operational and administrative activities.
• Coordinate and book employee training activities.
• Arrange travel logistics, including flights and transportation bookings.
• Organize hotel accommodations for employees as required.
• Maintain accurate records and support workforce coordination processes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure personnel movements are efficiently managed.
• Learn and apply SLB business systems, processes, and procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the Workforce team as needed.
