Job description

Overview

At PepsiCo UK, we’re proud to make some of the nation’s favourite snacks and drinks—like Walkers, Quaker, Doritos, Pipers, and Monster Munch. With sites across the UK, including our Quaker mill in Cupar and Doritos factory in Coventry, we’re also home to one of the world’s largest crisp factories in Leicester.

As a Workforce Analyst, you will ensure that shift operations are fully resourced, compliant, and capable through effective workforce planning, skills management, and maintaining high data accuracy. You will support Frontline Managers (FLM’s) by managing labour scheduling systems, resolving people-related system anomalies, and ensuring that training, capability, and compliance requirements are consistently met across the site.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure financial rigor and accurate reporting, managing variances, safeguarding data integrity, identifying cost-optimisation opportunities, and supporting Frontline Managers with on-shift investigations when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or operational environment, with a good understanding of how shifts and frontline teams operate.

  • Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail, especially when working with data and schedules.

  • Confidence using MS Office and workforce management systems, or a willingness to learn quickly.

  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information responsibly.
