Job summary

PepsiCo Skelmersdale is seeking hands-on operators to help run our production lines for Walkers Baked and Monster Munch. You will monitor machines, switch between products, and cooperate with teammates to keep the line running smoothly.

The role includes 12-hour shifts on a Panama pattern, 42 hours per week, with rear nights and weekends. We value safety, problem-solving, and clear communication as you help deliver popular snacks across the UK.

Overview

Join our team at PepsiCo Skelmersdale!

We’re looking for hands‑on people to help us make some of the UK’s favourite snacks like Walkers Baked and Monster Munch. If you enjoy solving problems and working with machines, this could be a good job for you.

Working Hours

• Panama shift pattern: 3 days on, 2 days off. Rotating across nights and days.
• 42 hours/week on average, including weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts.
• 12-hour shifts.

Salary

• £37,758.91 (including shift allowance)
